- Old-fashioned Sweet Tea Recipe
I remember my mother making sweet tea when I was a youngster growing up in Halls, TN. Southerners love sweet tea, its like a tradition in many households. We mostly had sweet tea with Sunday dinner when my grandmother made her delicious butter pound cake for dessert. This was also my first experiment using lemon juice. My old-fashioned sweet tea recipe was recently featured in the food section of the Jackson Sun.
